Biking/Bike Racks/Manila Moves - Mark will have to correct me, but this is the article I marked about it. And Pasig City is installing bike racks in public areas to promote biking as a mode of transport. Daryl thought businesses in Coral Gables had to split the cost for bike racks, but it turns out they are FREE. Even Coral Gables wants to promote biking for transport. Would be really nice if San Francisco wanted to do the same.
Bikes on LA Metro? - Yes - unless it’s a fat tire e-bike and then, no.
Cheap ebike for teens - Schwinn from Wal-Mart
Harley-Davidson ‘Serial1‘ Ebike - I think bike pros panned this, but I think it looks cool and most of our group agreed
Ebike for the masses - Jetson Bolt Pro at Costco for $349.99! I saw an older gentleman checking it out and that’s awesome. More people on bikes!
Mamachari Bike - This is the most awesome, wholesome thing. All these moms hauling their kids on bikes. And if that’s not enough, follow @2wheels3hearts for this mom navigating Metro Manila with her 2 babes in tow.
What is the best ebike for food delivery?
Work bikes - Coaster Cycles is manufacturing bikes for ALL major carriers in the US. If they bring you a package, soon it will be on a Coaster Cycle.
Trikes! - They are an outstanding option for hauling kids and helping the disabled bike too. We just need to ensure that the roads are accessible for them. See here in this video from @tricyclemayor
Bikes for the disabled - Van Raam seems to be the premier manufacturer for a wide range of accessible bikes.
